I recently stayed at Scala Hotel in Constanta for a few days. The staff were extremely helpful and professional. The location of the hotel is ideal, just a 10-minute walk to the beach. It's situated at the almost end of the city, near the start of Mamaia. There is a great bus connection to both the city and Mamaia Nord, with buses running every 10 minutes. I had no complaints about the surrounding area, as there are stores and a few restaurants nearby. The room itself was spacious and bright, which I really appreciated.
I do recommend this hotel.

Spent Easter at this hotel and really enjoyed it. The staff was super friendly and helpful, no matter what we needed. The location was great, just a short walk from the beach and close to many restaurants and shops. The room was comfortable and had a nice balcony with a view. , the Wi-Fi worked well and we had no issues staying connected.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing, not a lot of variety and some of the options were not as fresh as we would have liked. the bathroom could have been cleaned a bit better.
